While I didn't get the full time job I posted about the other day (nobody did, the woman who was fired got her job back), yesterday was awesome and I just wanted to share with people who would understand.
My DD called my BF of 15 months Dad yesterday at breakfast. I didn't know what to say, but BF says that she can call him that if she wants to! We're eventually planning to marry and all that jazz, but hadn't seriously discussed anything in detail.
Then, yesterday afternoon, my FoC caseworker called to let me know that I can request a CS review to include a percentage of my childcare expenses, even though I have sitters and not a daycare. She also offered to mail me all the forms, and is including a fee waiver for the motion costs. Amazing. This will help so much.
Just a great day, and a sorely needed one at that.
