subscription preferences?

hello there,

I'm sure I've done this in the past, but now I can't seem to figure out how.

I'd like to change the preferences on some of my subscriptions, specifically whether updates come by daily digest or instantly to email.

Help?!

That would be in your User CP and then "Edit Options."
