crazy ec moments

So my 21 month old was at a jungle gym. He hasnt worn diapers in over a year, which doesnt mean we dont have the odd miss, but generally i am confident with him out in public. (most misses will be at home)

In any case, ds was refusing to pee when i put him over the toilet when we arrived at the jungle gym. Oh well, never mind.

He was playing merrily, when all the sudden he looked up at me and called out 'mommy, pee, mommy, pee!'

So frantically i run over, and sure enough, i see a puddle. Oh no! This cant be, not in the jungle gym. So i whisk him away, and then go and get napkins to clean up the mess asap. I did not change him first.

After i cleaned up the mess ( it was everywhere, and seemed like an aweful lot) i went to change him.

Surprise surprise, kid was perfectly dry!

I had cleaned up some older kids pee (im still hoping it was apple juice...but didnt smell like it)


Wasn't that fun!

heh, at least he can identify it. and, hey, he's a good signaler!

i just keep trying to EC my friend's kid. We are staying with friends right now, and she's so obvious when she has her nightly poop, which is at the same time every night anyway. it's so obvious it is CRAZY.

seriously, i have to keep myself from pottying that kid. instead, i offer potty to my own.

but wow, it's extreme in me. i want to potty her every night! LOL
