Recommend me some cardio DVDs!

A group of us have started a lunchtime exercise group. We're looking for some more variety in our workouts. They need to be less than an hour (we get an hour for lunch and need time to get changed before and after). So... what should we check out?

Don't say youtube... it's blocked.

30-Day shred is good.

Also, the Power 90 series is great, just don't get the P90x because that's much longer than an hour.

I love love LOVE Tae Bo but I think most of those DVD's are at least an hour long.

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is good, but it has weights too, its not just cardio.
Her Banish Fat, Boost metabolism is good, but its like 45 minutes so it might be too long, you could always just stop it early though i guess.

Netflix has a lot of videos, if someone has a subscription you can watch a lot instantly and be able to switch it up quite a bit. All you would need is a computer.

The Biggest Loser - The Workout - Vol 1 ... they have 2 separate cardios -- low impact (25 min) and high impact (20 min). I've been doing the low impact for 2 weeks and I love it.

Thanks, ladies! We have a 20 minute Tae Bo that we've been doing, and are coming up with all kinds of fun ideas...

I use exercisetv.tv, they have full free length videos online which range from 10 mins to an hour.. I usually do the boot camp or ballet videos..

We're not supposed to stream any kind of video/audio during work hours, because it takes up too much bandwith (our satellite connection is via satellite and therefore pretty limited)>
