One of those moments

Thanks for being here so I can let it out ...

Work (50-60 hours), grad school (new class, pompous prof who thinks I am an idiot (I know I am not an idiot, but it is not fun to be thought one), two kids with their homework, their playdates, their sports etc., on-going, stressful divorce related complications, financial worries in the extreme, possible health issues ....

Meltdown ... I am melting down ...

So overwhelming I don't know which crisis to tackle first.

I know this too will pass and I will, in fact, choose one of the crises to tackle and progress, but oh sh*t!

The icing on the nightmare cake -- form from health insurance co. saying they won't process claims until I tell them about all other insurance coverage -- for kids, for stbx -- none of them are covered under my insurance -- this is NONE of their business. The only person they are responsible for is ME! I just lost it.

So, despite having 100s of pages of reading to do for school and some stupid assignment, I am going upstairs to read a book for my book club and maybe turn on a movie. Oh ... my kids ... gosh, I guess I should put them to bed, hunh ....

Yep, it's a meltdown.

Pray for me!

Thanks!

That's a lot to be going through. I hope that laying it out here helps with the next step--or at least gives you a little release. And taking the time to read something non-essential sounds like a good idea for tonight.

hope your weekend is relaxing. I would call the insurance and let them know about the lack of other coverage, I think they all do that now periodically.
