Thorne Folate causing blurry vision

What is up with this? I recently ordered 5-mthf (folate) from Thorne. The first time I took it, my eyesight got really blurry and distorted. So I decided to hold off for almost a week. I took it again today for the second time, and my eyes are really blurry again. Anyone head of this?

Here is a link to the supplement:

I admit, I'm really bad with screen names, without any face or voice or anything to connect, but have you been without/almost without animal products for a while? Could the folate be using up your B12? I _think_ I remember blurry vision as sometimes being related to B12 deficiency.

Yes, I am the one that has been eating way less animal products lately since my kids have been reacting badly. But I have found some real local chicken that has been ok and ghee is fine, but other than that we are animal product free due to allergies.

I have never thought that it could be using up b-12. I have methly b-12 in the cabinet and will up that for a while.

Thank goodness it's you, I was _almost_ sure.

Not sure ghee has any B12--maybe? I just don't know. I've found I really need my 2000 mcg/day supp, if I skip it a while, my enviro allergies get a lot worse.
