Acupuncture for morning sickness

Ok, so this was recommended by my MW, and luckily, we have an acupuncturist here who works mainly with fertility, pregnancy, labor and postpartum.

I had a 40 min session and felt WONDERFUL!!! Seriously, I was at the point of sleeping most of the day, puking, not eating, gagging all day, and no home remedies worked. BUT, after this, I felt great, I went grocery shopping, and was able to actually "reunite" with hubby!!!!!

I highly recommend this for any morning sickness ridden mom-to-be!

It worked very well for me with my first child, and not as well with my second. But overall I'd say it is definitely worth trying.

I also had good results with acupuncture and morning sickness. During my first trimester I had treatments once a week. The nausea never went away completely but I went from laying on the couch, moaning and clutching a box of Saltines to being able to function like a fairly normal person.

I just went for my first round on Thursday and can definitely feel an improvement. My nausea is pretty mild but constant and really messes with my eating issues.

I had severe hyperemesis and this cured me too! I was so happy to have food again.
