homemade vegan margerine

So I want to make my own vegan "butter" for spreading on toast and such and I am wondering if any of you have any experience to share. I want it to be yummy but also nutritionally significant. I was considering including:
olive oil
udo oil or flax seed oil
unrefined coconut oil
nutritional yeast
sea salt
and a pinch of turmeric for color
I am a bit apprehensive about experimenting because udo oil and coconut oil are so expensive, if it tastes gross it would be a shame. Do y'all think the coconut oil will make it still taste coconutty with all the other stuff mixed in? Do you think the consistency will be right? What about the proportions? I haven't used unrefined palm oil before, for those of you who have would the flavor of that be too strong? Thanks in advance!

Raw foodists will freeze "cubes" of olive oil and use it as butter. Never tried it, but perhaps someone can comment?

I think that sounds really good. I would use the olive oil, raw coconut oil, nut. yeast, and some sea salt. tumeric is a great idea as well. Maybe blend it up and chill for awhile. If it doesn't turn out, you could keep it to put in curry or whatever. Thanks for the inspiration! I will try this.
