Thanks everyone. Max is doing really great and his big sister seems to love him to bits. He is nursing like a champ, my milk came in after two days, which was a relief since I really struggles with my dd. He is really going through the diapers now. I am getting use to doing diaper laundry again!

Here is his sis helping to give him his first "bath"
