does you 2-3yo jump a lot?

my DD is a jumper. if she's excited she jumps. she'll walk around the house playing and detour over furniture just so she can jump off it. her favorite thing to do it jump from the elevated twin bed to the full mattress on the floor 2.5 ft away. she's great on the mini trampoline. she doesn't seem to have any fear of getting injured. anyone else have a jumper? how do you keep them from hurting themselves.

DD is 2.5 yo. Just recently, she has started jumping (and skipping) all.the.time. Seriously, if she isn't finding something from which to jump (so far, nothing too high) she is skipping about. It's pretty cute!

DS loves to jump. We were in a gym class in the fall and all he wanted to do was jump on the trampoline! I just kind trust in him to not get hurt and I assist him if he wants to jump and it is a hard surface like concrete and I kiss him and nurse him when he gets a bump
