I just started the Master Cleanse. I really, REALLY have a hard time tolerating the cayenne pepper in the lemonade. I don't mind the heat so much, I just think it tastes like %^@# 
Has anyone done the cleanse and either omitted the cayenne, or I wondered about taking a cayenne capsule instead of adding it to the lemonade...? I know that the benefit of the cayenne is for mucous, and I really do need that because I've battled sinus infections this winter. But I don't know if I'll be able to take the taste...
