Natural yeast infection treatment for me and DH

So I have had a yeast infection that cleared up a couple weeks ago and now has reappeared. I think DH has it and has passed it back to me....I know how to treat myself naturally (I usually use yogurt or apple cider vinegar) but I'm not sure what to do for him? Anyone know a natural treatment for male yeast infections??

It may be an imbalance- I got mine with my pregnancy- its the only time I ever have yeast infections.

Topical Coconut oil- is that different from regular coconut oil that we use in the kitchen?
