what pump accessories?

I'm due in 6 weeks, and not going back to work for six months. However, my sister is having a luncheon for me, and suggested I register for some basics that didn't make it from last baby.

I never used anything other than a hand pump with DD (was home for 14 months with her). However, this DD will be 5-1/2 months, and a colleague has offered her Medela pump as a loaner. What sort of accessories do I need to go with it, though? I figured I could put them on the registry...

You need hoses, breastshields, and bottles. You can get them at target and babies R us, among other places.

Do you have a sterilizer? If not, get the Medela "Quick Clean Micro-Steam Bags" which you put your parts in with some water and microwave for 3 minutes. I'm not a bit sterilizer but these things are great because you just thoroughly rinse your parts, toss them in the bag, and steam them.

Of course if you have a dishwasher or sterilizer, you can ignore this
