Nail Polish on Carpet

Aaaaaaahhh!

My 6yo got into my nail polish and dumped quite a large amount of hot pink enamel on my light blue carpet. How do I clean this?

this happened to me too I had to use a ton, A TON, of nail polish remover to get most of it out. There is still very faint pigment on the carpet though.

"AAAAAAHGGHGHGH!" is right.

This happend to me at Halloween with black enamel. Yeah, it's still there.
I tried all the helpful suggestions to no avail.

Nail polish remover or paint thinner. Test a spot in an inconspicuous area to make sure it won't leave a large white patch on your carpet to go along with the nail polish
