How to Report an Ad?
MDC publishes ads for several advertising networks that each run their own independent ad campaigns. Some networks allow us to pre-approve ads before they are placed. Some do not offer this screening ability, and we must manually filter ads. Several networks have automatic filters that enable us to set parameters (such as no adult ads, no gambling, no pharmaceuticals, etc.). Even when we do have the ability set filters and block specific types of ads, some inappropriate ads still slip through.
Since this is a community we all love and want to do what we can to support it, if you see an ad you think is inappropriate, we definitely appreciate your help with reporting.
If you see an objectionable ad, please start a new thread in Questions and Suggestions with the following information:
