Any triathlete mamas out there? I was an avid (read "obsessive") triathlete until I became prego in November 2008. I took last season off and had ds last August. I am SO enjoying the perspective that having a child has given me and I am not feeling THAT ansy to get back in the saddle. DS is 5months old and I'm trying to tap into that motivation that I had before. I'm starting to run a bit, I got back on the pool last week, but haven't even set my sights on any races for the 2010 season. Any one else getting back into training after having a baby? Or anyone with young kids who has found their stride again? What's your training schedule?

, so my training is a bit haphazard. I'm basically rebuilding my base from the injury so bike trainer 3-4x a week, 3-4 runs a week and 2 swims a week (should be doing more there...). I am still waiting for my injury to fully heal before I plunk down any money for races, but I hope to do at least 3 local sprints and one Olympic distance this summer

Hi! My story is almost exactly like yours OP! The only diff is I have a 9 month old! I am setting my sights on 2 sprints this summer. I'm indoor biking right now but that's it so far.
