Backpack attachment for ergo

Looking to get the backpack attachment for the ergo so I wouldn't have to carry a diaper bag. Looking to see how helpful it's been for people, or if anyone has found another back-pack type diaper bag you can ghetto rig to attach that might be even better? Opinions?

The one made for the Ergo is a good choice. I've heard that it's really useful.

I just bought it this weekend. So far I haven't tried except to fill with stuff & then experiment with getting ds on & off my back as I was concerned it would be cumbersome. So far it seems great. The store I bought it from has a 30 day return policy so I'm going to try & see if I like it or not.

I never thought about it being cumbersome. I figure nothing gan be quite as cumbersome as trying to wear a baby on your back and keep a big heavy diaper bag from slipping off your shoulder. I guess I will try one. Silly me, I didn't think about the possibility of returning it if I don't like it.

Just don't overstuff it. I learned that the hard way and injured myself with too much weight on my back.

I found it very useful when kiddo was lighter in weight himself. I could throw my wallet, a couple diapers, a wetbag, and wipes in. And a bottle of water or a sippie, of course.

I still frequently use the backpack alone. I've found that the little loops are great for letting my son's wee backpack piggy back.
