Can certain foods make you feel moody or irritable?

Is it possible certain foods might cause people to be in a bad mood and more irritable than usual? If yes, which foods?

Sure they can! For me a sure trigger is a load of fast, easy refined carbohydrates without any protein or fat. For instance if I eat breakfast cereal with a little milk and have no additional protein (eggs, meat) I always have a mood crash within 1/2 hour. I get cranky and tired.

YES! for me, it's sugar just about any grain - even if it's a 'healthy', home-cooked porridge or something - if I eat processed breakfast cereal, good grief... it's horrible!
