We don't use it. I honestly don't see the need for another form of sweetener in our lives. Honey, maple syrup, and the occasional sucanant do us just fine.

I use a lot of Elena's recipes but always sub honey. Local raw honey is simply less processed than agave and truly a traditional food so it's my first choice.
