Hi. I really have the feeling that I don't have mich milk anymore. Dd will be 2 in 2 days. She still nurses quite a bit. I always nod. Still i have the Feeling She isnt getting much and it is more comfort nursing than her actually getting milk. I would LOVE to have an awesome supply again.

Is it normal for the supply to decrease with time? I still have not had a ppaf is that normal too?

I ordered " mothering nursing your toddler". I think thats the name of it Ă  few Weeks ago and it hasnt arrived yet. I am sure all my other questions will Be answered there...

Thanks!

hey! my DS is just about to turn 2 too. see my thread http://www.mothering.com/discussions....php?t=1180979 about my worries about low supply! i think it's normal since they are eating more solids. you can tell if she's getting milk by listening to her swallow. i can tell the difference when DS is actually drinking and when he's just there for comfort (sometimes he'll just have nursed and want more when there is no more! but he doesn't complain). it's good for them either way!

oh, and i didn't get my ppaf till 21 months. i think something like 30% of breastfeeding moms get theirs at 18 months or later! i wouldn't worry.
