Would this work?

I made a new bread recipe today and underbaked it by accident. I've already cooled both loaves completely and cut into one of them. Can I put the un-cut one back in the oven to finish baking?

yes you can.

Yes, we've done that before. Or you could use it for toast (which we've also done).

Thanks ladies. Ran the second loaf through the oven again this a.m. and it seems to be good. In fact I'm eating it warm with butter right now (and resisting the urge to go back for a third piece). So the outer parts are edible at least, LOL. I may get to the center and find it completely unusable like the other one was, but at least the whole loaf won't go to waste.
