Hi. 2.5 years ago I quit waiting tables in a busy diner because it caused me to develop tendonitis in my right shoulder (well that and I had graduated from college and thought maybe it was time...). At that time I couldn't move my arm at all. After I stopped it took about 2 weeks and I was almost back to normal. I have only had one flare up since and that was the night we got our Wii and I spent hours playing it (that was the last time I played wii!).

Well now I have decided to get back in shape after losing most of the baby weight and I have been doing some pilates every morning for the past week and a half but Sunday I did some pilates and yoga for about 45 mins and then I cleaned the downstairs of my house, hard, for about 2 hours. Well now my shoulder hurts, a lot. I am not working it very hard during my exercise routine but it's enough that it has continued to hurt both yesterday and today. I don't want to take ibuprofen every day in order to exercise and I want to continue doing pilates.

Any remedies for tendonitis? Is Arnica safe for breastfeeding? HELP!
