Gluten free dairy free blog

We have been GFCF for about a year and have met many others who have made the switch as well but they always were asking what was for dinner or saying they could never do it. I thought I would start a blog of what we were eating 1. to remember how I made something because I will make it and then say I will remember what I did and never do, and 2. I want to help out my friends.

I wanted to post it here for everyone here that is struggling with the choice, new into it, or anyone who is looking for meals. When I make my menu every two weeks or so along with my grocery list I am going to post that as well to help with meal planning, an obession of mine.

PLEASE let me know what you think and add me to you alls blogs!

It looks fabulous. I just checked your blog out quickly - the first three items all looked like things I would try! (and that my family would like) I'll definitely add it to my favourites list! Thanks!
