Morning show story

A couple of days ago I caught the tail end of a clip on one of the network morning shows. The reporter was showing ways to save money and one was shopping at grocery overstock/dinged items auctions.

Did anyone else catch this? Do you remember which show it was?

Anyone shop at one of these auctions? Thoughts?

Didn't see the show. However, are they talking about the food salvage stores? If so here is the list. Anderson Country Market keeps the list.

the link I posted is for actual salvage stores. As far as I know they do not do auctions. I have no idea where those would be.
