I was due (its been a few years even though I have always been normal) so I had one again this pregnancy at 8 weeks. I bled a little but not due to injury... the cervix is absolutely engorged with blood as the pregnancy gets itself settled in so a little bleeding is pretty normal. Didn't hurt though... and I am so glad she told me it bled a little so later that night when I had a drip of blood on my tp (all I got) I knew that it was fine.
