Raw Goats Milk and Cheese - How much would you/do you pay?

We own a small HFS in Florida. We're looking at bringing in raw goat's milk and cheese. It's a wonderful little farm just west of town. Goats are all naturally fed and cared for and are free range. She does the milking by hand. The taste is just delicious. We are worried about the price point.

How much would you or do you pay for:

1/2 gallon of raw goat's milk
gallon of rasw goat's milk
8 oz of soft goat's cheese

I paid $3/quart for raw goat's milk here. And felt like that was a reasonable price. Came in glass jars, which I had to return to be reused.
