I'm having a minor procedure peformed soon that will require general anesthesia. Will I need to pump and dump? If so, for how long? I have a ton of milk stored in the freezer so my baby can continue having breastmilk so that's not a concern. TIA!!!

No, you won't need to pump and dump. Plenty of women have c-sections under general anesthesia and then they breastfeed. It will be safe once you are awake and out of recovery.

ditto to PP.
you don't need to pump out "contaminated" milk... your body will metabolize it just the way it gets metabolized out of your blood.
