I'm headed out of town for awhile to visit family. My husband is staying at home with our DD. When I asked him what would make it easiest on him while I'm away (just a few days), he said he'd like small, quick meals that he could pull out of the fridge or pantry for him and our 19mo.
I asked what specifically he'd like me to get, and he said, "I don't know...whatever."
Currently we do things like quesadillas, burritos, hummus/vegs, etc.. I think the quesadillas and hummus/veg are up his alley, but the burrito seems like more prep work than he'd be willing to do. He would probably be spooning beans into his mouth from a can, alternating with spoonfuls of salsa, and taking bites of tortilla to finish
Do you have any suggestions for good, small, healthy meals?
Thank you!
