I use this tea when were sick with a resp infection as it really does work and kills even the worst coughs. I have 1 kid with the swine flu which means we'll probably all get hit and I want to be prepared. Think I can make a pitcher up in advance? or will it negate the medicinal properties of the garlic since it won't be "fresh". Although I'm wondering if I should just mix the lemon and honey portion up then have peeled garlic on stand by so I just have to cut it up and throw it in the tea cup when I heat it up and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
