Lunch ideas for my 2 and 3 year old please

Looking for a healthy version of mac-n-cheese for my 2 and 3 year old. Would also love more ideas for lunch...that seems to be the hardest to come up with lately! Thanks so much.

I make my own mac n cheese using whole wheat pasta and a simple cheese sauce (heat butter and flour on stove, use a wire wisk to wisk in some milk, salt and pepper and various cheese, etc) The kids were resistant to it at first, but now that we never have the processed stuff, they are warming up to it. I also stopped buying chicken nuggets and instead bread my own chicken and brown it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. With ketchup, they love it more than the store-bought crap! Sometimes I roll up meat slices and stick a toothpick in it and serve with cheese slices (also stabable with the toothpick) and grapes or some other fruit...anything you can stick a toothpick in is usually a big hit! We also have egg tortillas a lot (a wisked up egg poured into a frying pan, then sprinkle cheese on it and put a tortilla on top and wait for the egg to cook, then roll it all up and serve) And, on stressful days, we sometimes have cold cereal.
