The Seasons in Asheville?

Seasons, as in The Biltmore Seasons. Does anyone live there? While checking out homes for rent on Craigslist, this place comes up a lot! (reasonable rates) It looks like a resort though. Is this actually part of community? Or is it set apart?

Hmmm. Never heard of it, but it makes me wonder if it's not part of that huge mini-city like complex known as Biltmore Park. If so, I wouldn't live there.
