Probiotics

Hello, could anyone possible recommend a good probiotic supplement with a wide variety in it that is not required to be refrigerated?

I was taking Healthy Trinity and experienced a 'thorough' cleansing the first few days. I stayed on that for about 2 months and switched to another probiotic called Candida Freedom. I have been on that for about 4 months but am looking to change to something more affordable.

Also, whatever probiotic is recommended, is it also gentle on the GI track? I am almost 7 months pregnant and don't want to 'majorly' disturb things around the baby.

Thanks so much for your help, amy

Let me start by saying I have a very sensitive system when it comes to probiotics. A lot of them make me very sick to my stomach to the point of vomiting for an entire day. I use the Garden of Life brand now (which is supposed to be refrigerated) but when I was traveling and unable to refrigerate I used Jarrow-Dophilus EPS. It didn't make me sick and all the reviews I read about it said it was very good. It is also a little cheaper than the other brands

thank you

Thanks! I was looking at Garden of Life today and I'll check out the other one as well with a bit more research.

I appreciate your reply! I hope you're enjoying Japan...I hear it's beautiful and very nice. Love the name Naiya, that's beautiful!
