tilted pelvis?

a friend of mine said she really wants to have a natural birth. she has had two c-sections and REALLY wants a vbac, she said that her previous doctor told her that it is imposable for her to have a vaginal birth with out "killing her baby, and becoming a cripple" she said he told her she had a tilted pelvis and her hips would be dislocated if she tried. is it possible to have a normal vbac with a tilted pelvis? is there positions for laboring and pushing that could help?

Personally I would suggest that she start by finding a chiropractor trained in Webster technique, and ALSO experienced with helping pregnant mamas--and that she get assessed by the chiro before anything else. Quite possibly, if there even really are true pelvis issues, the chiro can help straighten things out during the pregnancy.

And also, I'd suggest finding another doc....but that's just me, I don't like working with people who say such ignorant, negative things!
