I'm still here too! 40W4D

Haven't been feeling any real contractions, but these BH contractions have been in overdrive these last few days. I can get up from the couch and my stomach turns rock hard. Does it mean anything? Prolly not.

Last night my dog had to go out in the middle of the night and as I was standing at the door needing to pee myself I coughed/sneezed/don't remember and felt a trickle run down my leg. First time that happened. For a split second I thought it was my water, but alas, just pee. *sigh*

I want to see what all our comments are after this magical 2/2 date passes...

Mine came 4 days ago, but just wanted to check in with you mamas and offer some encouragement that labor HAS to start soon, and I hope that very soon you will be holding your babies on the outside in your arms! Maybe 2/2 will be your lucky day! Thinking of you and sending lots of labor vibes!

Well, less than 10 hours left in January (in this time zone), and I just don't see my little guy coming in that time, though I remain hopeful for February 1st. In the meantime, I'm trying to finish up some schoolwork--I'm taking an education course online--but am finding it exceedingly hard to focus on theories about how we learn.

At least my son has a friend over with whom he is likely to keep busy for a couple hours. I love that he's at an age where his playdates require so little parental involvement!

My middle son is going to be 3 on 2/2, so he still needs so much supervision still. I love that my oldest is 9 & can do a bunch of stuff "without" direct supervision.

My goals have totally changed to just having this baby before I'm 43 weeks!

What does it mean when your BH's totally STOP?

I think I've had like one contraction ALL day.

Is my body shutting down? I am 41 weeks today. I have been having mild ctx's pretty regularly for like a week and a half!

mymary-- i bet your body is just plain old tired. try to take a warm/hot bath & go to bed early tonight. i've had so many b-h today that i was confused on whether or not they were the real thing. amazing what our bodies to at times.
