Hi Everyone, I'm kind of new here, but have been reading a lot of posts lately and thought it was time to say hello! I also have a question for all of you who've BTDT...
I have EC'd my little girl since she was 3 months old, she is now 14.5 months. We have had 100% success with getting the poop in the potty since we started and I'm thrilled with this!! We get 3-4 pees in the potty a day at the logical times...after wake ups and stuff. I keep her diaperless at home all day, but seem to always miss her pees. She ends up peeing on the floor a lot. I don't mind, we just clean it up and I say, next time we'll try to get it into the potty. My worry is that I'm teaching her to pee on the floor? Will she get it in time and tell me before she has to go? She always signs potty before she has to poop and while she's peeing, but having trouble getting her to tell me before she goes. We also keep little potties around the house, but we've never been able to get her to use them. She still prefers being in arms (even though she's almost 30 lbs!!) She's walking and very mobile!
EC has been one of the best things for us...I stumbled upon it just before she was born and I'm so glad I did. It's the best!http://www.mothering.com/discussions...milies/joy.gif
Thanks for your help!
