Carrier advice for large 11mo old

Since wraps/slings/carriers are so expensive I would love some advice from experienced Mommas.

My son LOVES his Moby, but its a pain to quickly get on and off, plus he's getting so big. We have an Ergo, but I don't feel it snuggles him and comforts him as well.

He is 11 months and somewhere around 24lbs. Would love any recommendations for my big guy!

Maybe a mei tai?

It's probably a bit easier than a wrap like the moby (and more supportive than the moby for sure), but may feel more cuddly as it doesn't have any buckles.

Mei Tai huh? I could see how he might enjoy that better than the Ergo, I will look into them.
