Twinges/Pain in Chest

Has anyone else ever experienced this? Do you know the cause or ways to soothe the pain?

I Googled this and several people say they went to the doctor and underwent tests only to find nothing wrong with them. But I do feel like something is wrong. Thought perhaps the Mothering mamas would be more in tune to it. Any help or shared experiences would be great.

It feels like a slight stabbing pain, sometimes in my heart area, sometimes under my breast, sometimes in my right chest area. It is not acid reflux. I've been having it for a while now.

Also, any correlation, you think, between resuming dairy and gluten? I was off for a good while and am back on again, though that's not the only change in things.

Thank you very much! I remember having these back in college about 10 years ago, and they have just started coming back again recently.

Maybe like this?:

Could be the gluten and dairy - I haven't had any episodes since I've been off them.

Emily, thanks for the link. No, I haven't had something that intense since college---my episodes are either very sharp and short or dull aching that persists throughout most of the day. I guess I should look into seeing someone just to be sure.
