im nursing both dd2 (24 mos) and dd3 (4 wks)

i had terrible OAL w/ dd2 (though i didnt realize thats what it was until we were pretty much past it.)

naturally, i have it again. during the day, when i can have dd2 help relieve me its not AS bad, but when dd2 is in bed things get much tougher. and im not really fond of the idea of waking her constantly.

any advice (aside from the usual, nurse on an incline, let down into a cloth, etc.)
our biggest problem is loads of foremilk. we have the classic colicyness. gas, spit up, cranky, restless, runny green poop, etc. etc.

i think dd3 can get past the super let down. but she needs more hind milk in her diet. and im not sure how to do that (even just nursing on one side. i could seriously feed an orphanage right about now) without pumping while she screams, etc. etc.
