Medication/supplement suggestions?

I have finally decided I need to go back on to something. When I was pg with #3, I had terrible OCD/anxiety/depression. I was on prozac, switched to zoloft and quit when she was born. It made me feel numb and like I was daydreaming-very glazed over, but the other things went away. But I had no ppd with #3 and was in a great mood until...#4. She's 2 years old now and I've put it off long enough. I randomly break down crying, I am bitter and resentful. I'm depressed and have sky high anxiety. I have been dealing with constant headaches and stomach pain from the stress.

My doctor...is okay. I feel a little embarrassed going to him, and I would like to try to do this with supplements first and see if it works, but I need something NOW. I am a wreck. I am still breastfeeding my 2 yo who depends upon it a lot as she has tremendous food aversions.

As far as supplements go-when I take vitamin D I bruise horribly. I was warned against taking it again. I randomly break blood vessels and look like I've been beaten even after 500 of Vitamin D. Vitamin A I am iffy about since I was taking that at the same time as the Vit D and we are unsure which was causing it-but I do not have a clotting disorder.

Can someone point me in the right direction here? Do supplements work? Fairly fast? Are there any medications that are bf safe that can cover these things and not make you a zombie. I have low energy anyway, so would rather not take one that makes me tired or in that horrible sleepwalking state that zoloft caused. At this point, prozac and zoloft are my last resorts.

I really recommend exercise if you can manage it. I got a gently used exercise bike for $25 at a resale shop and use it for about 20-30 minutes a day. This has helped my mood almost immediately.

As far as supplements, these have helped me personally:
- B-complex vitamins (many of them are important for mood)
- Tyrosine (1500mg) and 5-HTP (150mg) are the amino acid precursors for neurotransmitters
- Omega-3's in the form of fish oil (2500mg EPA and DHA)
