Dr. Google has failed me.
I would like to switch to baking soda for toothpaste. However, I always heard growing up that it was bad for your enamel so we'd only use it a few times a year for a "heavy cleaning" before going to the dentist.
Does anyone have any solid research regarding this? I've found lots of anecdotal "evidence" but nothing else.
I'm also interested in academic articles regarding fluoride.
