Home buying credit question

Thread Starter
We bought our house in July 2009. I want to do our taxes, but can't find a straight answer anywhere about which papers/documents we need to take with us. My account online through the bank that owns our mortgage does not have our 1098 tax statement available and we have an escrow to cover that. Should I just print out the ytd statement online of the taxes/interest we've paid or what? I can't get the bank (Chase) to give me the 1098 or answer why not-they aren't responding.

We receive our tax forms in early February. When I worked in banking, January was a VERY BUSY month. Give them another week. In the last few days, I have been getting emails notifying me of tax forms available now. By Monday, most tax-related documents will be available online or received in the mail during the week.
