family bed, how old?

How old are your kids when they leave the family bed? My oldest son is about to be 13 and still climbs in. My 11 yr old and 9 yr old have chosen thier own beds or sibling sleeping. Just curious when other kids have left the bed.With a 1yr old,4 yr old,13 yr old and occaisionally others it does get a bit crowded in here!

My 9yo was on my floor a couple of nights ago. He got his own bed when he was 4 and had no troubles transitioning but he still comes in our room maybe once every couple of months.
