I find contradicting info in my google search... I want to use it on my toes...

I have used it since the beginning and I have also read contradicting info, I just try to limit my use or not use it full strength. (ie diluting in my body oil or putting it on parts while wet or swishing with it mixed w water). Mind you I don't know yet how my baby will turn out!

Yes it is. This is what my midwife on my first pregnancy, who is also a certified aromatherapist, told me.

I've been using it during both of my pregnancies directly (undiluted) on my face and never had any problem.

i'd avoid using it full strength at any time just because it's so astringent it can actually cause burning. especially if you're using it on your face, it's recommended to cut it with another oil so it's not quite so drying and harsh. if you're using it for another part of your body and wouldn't be applying it every night, i doubt that full strength would cause any harm... but it still might be too harsh for your skin.
