I cannot stand being around DS - Page 2

Just here to commiserate. Exact same here - 4yo boy and a baby. Same complaints right down to the roughhousing in the bed in the morning. And I *know* that getting my own butt out of bed would be an answer for that one, but I am SO tired in the morning that I just can't make myself. Which is so silly, because it's not like I am getting rest that way! He's been doing it since sometime when I was pregnant with DD.

Anyhoo...I feel ya! And on that note, I ought to go to bed soon to get a head start on the night & the morning.

DH and I talked about sending DS to preschool soon, we were going to wait until the fall as he just turned 4 in December but I think he needs more challenges. We try to do things with him like craft projects, reading, writing, skills but it really makes a difference when he is with another authoritative adult, he responds really well. Now, we just have to apply, see when they have space and find the money...

It is a relief to know others are going through the same thing. I feel like everyday I spend so much energy on figuring out my 4 yo. I cannot imagine what it is going to be like when he is a teenager and is smarter than me

She's almost 9 months. We were in the same birth club, I have changed my user name. Were you born in 1975? That's my birth year.
