So I was playing with my remote last night and shaking it was doing some damage sotospeak. So I was driving by Target tonight and thought heck $19 I'll get it. I must say it kinda kicked my butt
My arms hurt after the 6 minute work out video it came with. So do my thumbs and elbows too. I have weak arms though so maybe it's just me. but my arms hurt a lot faster than using regular barbells. My arms were cramping and burning within seconds. I was dinking around with it before the "work out" though.
A little embarrassed to have it since so much fun was being made about it (sexually) but it kinda works. Might be hard on the neck and joints though? Anyone else break down and buy it?
