1,000 Minutes in February - Everyone Welcome

I feel weird starting the thread as I didn't meet goal last month, but I need to post This month, I'm going to focus on getting the 1,000 minutes and then I'll build from there in future months. (For new folks: I post cals burned for myself, but no one else does, so you can ignore that part)

I can’t believe how fast January went! I joined the gym last month and was very faithful! Made my goal of a 1000 minutes and then some, so, this month I’m setting it at 1200. I want at least 300minutes a week which was doable for me in Jan, so, we’ll see!

I also lost 6 pounds in Jan, Woot! Going to measure later on.

Gym tonight, so I’ll be back

Lost 7.7 pounds in January!

I'm joining in again for Feb for 1000 minutes. I didn't make it to the gym today because the kids were sick. I'm hoping to have something to post tomorrow.

2/1- 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes weights, 30 minutes arc trainer.

I want to join! I'll start with a 1000 minute goal. My main forms of exercise are hula hooping (I use a weighted "real" hoop) yoga and walking. Do those count for this challenge? Or is it more of a gym thing?

If it counts 35/1000 - 20 hooping, 15 walking.

February is a few days shorter than January, I did 1800+ in January so I'll shoot for 1500 in February and see how it goes

Tried something different today. The treadmills were all taken so I did a total body conditioning class; it was fun to try something new.

2/1 - 45 min treadmill (400 cals)
2/2 - 60 min total body conditioning class (400 cals)

Ugh--I've had bronchitis and a sinus infection and today I tried to do some exercise, but I think it's just too soon. I felt so bad afterward.
