Eating Right for your blood type

I have recently become interested in this concept. Does anyone have any experience with this? Anyone ever done it? what kind of results did you get? Any info would be appreciated!

My brother has been doing it for a few years and thinks it's fantastic. I looked at it for my kids and for myself, but it seemed like all the stuff it said was "right" for us was stuff my kids were intolerant to, so it wasn't going to work for us.

Our family follows it as well as my in laws and a few friends. We all love it. My FIL lost 60 pounds and got off his medications. We have all experienced weight loss which was great. I raised both my kids this way, one is A one is O. I like their Eat Right for Your Pregnancy book too. I was able to identify several food allergies that I had that I never knew about! I eliminated my ear infections (milk), digestion problems (white potatoes), eczema (wheat) and a weird body odor that turns out I get from shrimp.
