On the jammies, seriously, if any of you need or want jammies, go to Target and look for these. Sounds wierd, but I haven't bought myself jammies in about 10 years. I had a gift pair from dh, which were wonderful, that was 10 years ago (and now they have a permanent fish oil stain), another pair shortly after from IL's that were super great, but the elastic is worn out on the bottoms, and the piping is all wonky on them.
Last year my dad took me shopping to use his discount, and I got a fleece pair of jammies, super wonderful. Then this Christmas Dad gave me super wonderfully soft, and fancy jammies. Love them!!
Okay, back to the ones I bought, called Gilligan and O'Malley, stretch micro. It's 90% polyester and 10% spandex, and 100% comfortable while looking fancy!! Full price $30, which isn't bad but I wouldn't have spent on myself, got them half off.
Okay, goofy post over about my jammies.

. I am thinking Flying Pig and Columbus if I live. Last year I squeaked by in under 4 and I am not much faster but I should be better trained if I stay healthy.
to most all you posted though I read it as a friend from the Y locker room which made me smile.
to the dingos that need it.
that today is good. I am more worried today than I was yesterday.

. Hopefully it will clear up in time to do well this weekend.
hope you are feeling better.

for all the healing mamas out there. Feel better soon!!
But I'd probably do the same. 10K is a nice distance, and 15K would be something nice to do, too.
And, I have to leave in a few minutes to take Abby to preschool. I just signed her up for an afternoon class following her morning class, so she's going to be there all day! She's super excited about it, and I have to admit, I'm looking forward to the time to myself.
