she was house trained, then we moved to a new house. she had a few accidents in the house. Now she seems to keep going in that same spot. Ive tried vinager and another pet carpet cleaner but it is not working. I tried the stuff in the white and red bottle in our old house and it didnt work , maybe its b.c it was on wood floor. maybe it will work here since this house is all carpet....I just need somethign that works.

I've heard that what used to be Nature's Miracle is now called Petastic, so I would try that. It's supposed to be really good. Once you've gotten it all cleaned up and it's dry I would feed her on that spot - treats or her regular kibble, doesn't matter. Just put the food directly on the floor, not in a dish. If it continues, maybe consider blocking the spot with a couple of chairs or something to break the pattern while you work on taking her out more often.
Have you taken a urine sample to the vet to rule out a UTI? Always a good idea to do that when behaviour changes.
