I bought some GSE to treat myself for thrush. In my haste, I applied it directly without diluting it. A couple of hours later, I bf'd my 3mo dd. This evening, I noticed a bright red patch on the inside of her elbow, but nothing had been rubbing her there. Could this be a reaction? Could it be serious? (If it matters, I'd been wearing a bra and would guess that most had rubbed of onto it.)
